Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from SikhiStore. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, please contact us.

Returns

If you’ve changed your mind and need to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s). Exceptions apply for items cut to requirement such as Turbans, custom made items such as Cholas, Banas, Kurta Pajamas and for hygiene reasons, items such as Kacheras. Please contact us to start your return and once we have authorised the return you will receive an email from our team with your return number and instructions of what happens next.

In-line with our returns policy, your eligible item(s) needs to be unused and in a re-saleable condition. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

For both returns and exchanges, we will refund your return delivery charges only when a product is faulty or damaged upon inspection but not when a product is simply unwanted or incorrectly ordered.

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days.

Failed Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery, has given incomplete or incorrect delivery details or misses multiple attempted deliveries of their order and the item is returned back to ourselves as undelivered, we are happy to refund the order after deducting the original postage costs and a 20% fee to cover admin and restocking costs. Refunds are not available for items cut to requirement such as Turbans, custom made items such as Cholas, Banas and Kurta Pajamas. Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days.

We can also resend the order, however there will be an additional delivery charge to pay.

Cancelling orders

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched you must contact us immediately as we try to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. If you have not contacted us within 15 minutes of placing your order we may be unable to stop dispatch.
